Cucumber Cilantro Water

This spring, everything’s coming up green, including this refreshing zero-calorie drink infused with fresh citrus and herbs.





Serves: 12

Serving Size: 8 oz per serving

Infused water

2 medium cucumbers

1/2 medium lime (thinly sliced)

6 sprigs fresh cilantro

4 cups ice

8 cups water

Garnishes (optional)

12 cucumber slices (unpeeled)

12 lime slices

12 sprigs fresh cilantro


  1. Put the slices from the 2 cucumbers and the 1/2 lime in a 3-quart water pitcher. Add 6 cilantro sprigs. Fill the pitcher with the ice. Cover with the water. Refrigerate 2 t0 4 hours before serving
  2. To garnish, add a cucumber slide, lime slice and cilantro sprig to each glass

Tip: like bubbles in your drink? In place of plain water, add 4 cups of plain seltzer, or plain sparkling water while preparing the infused water, and add 4 more cups just before serving. Choose a variety without sodium.
