Pear Caramel Wedges
Enjoy this crisp fruit with just a hint of sweetness and tartness from dried fruit and coconut for a delicious snack
Ingredients
Serves: 4
Serving Size: 1/2 pear with toppings per serving
- 2 medium ripe pears, cored and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free caramel sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried unsweetened cranberries or raisins
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 teaspoons unsalted shelled pumpkin seeds, dry-roasted if desired
Directions
- Put the pear wedges into serving bowls.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over each.
- Sprinkle with the cranberries, coconut and pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately.
