Pear Caramel Wedges

Enjoy this crisp fruit with just a hint of sweetness and tartness from dried fruit and coconut for a delicious snack





Serves: 4

Serving Size: 1/2 pear with toppings per serving

  • 2 medium ripe pears, cored and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried unsweetened cranberries or raisins
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted shelled pumpkin seeds, dry-roasted if desired


  1. Put the pear wedges into serving bowls.
  2. Drizzle the caramel sauce over each.
  3. Sprinkle with the cranberries, coconut and pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately.
